Martha's Lock is an unlockable trinket in Martha of Bethany, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
The first time Isaac fires a shot in each room, also fires a Grand Cross boomerang.
How to unlock?
Defeat Isaac, ???, Satan, and The Lamb as 
Tainted Martha.
