Infernal Covenant item
Infernal Covenant is an unlockable active item in Mastema, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Grants a passive item from the current room's pool and removes heart containers equivalent to a devil deal.
After being fully charged without getting hit, Isaac gets to keep the item, and the hearts that were taken are returned.
If Isaac gets hit while recharging, the item is taken away and Isaac's hearts won't be returned.
How to unlock?
Defeat Ultra Greedier as 
Mastema.
