Satanic Ritual is an unlockable machine in Mastema, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Standing in the center of the ritual causes the knife to rise into the air then come down and stab Isaac, removing either one heart container or two soul hearts.

Possible payouts • +0.3 speed.
• +0.7 fire rate.
• +1.66 damage.
• +2 luck.

Can only be played up to 5 times.

Only appears in special ritual rooms, one devil room layout, and one super secret room layout.

Ritual rooms may appear in place of sacrifice rooms with a 5% chance. The chance increases by 1% for each devil deal taken.

Ritual rooms cannot spawn on the first floor or more than once.

Defeat Mega Satan as Tainted Mastema.
