Mom's Scale item
Mom's Scale is a passive item in Minmaxers Anonymous, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Isaac has a luck-based chance to fire heavy tears that cause non-boss enemies to fall through the ground, creating a pit and potentially sending the enemy to a random room on the next floor.
The chance starts at 50%, and also has a 50% chance to kill the enemy.
