Real knife card is a strangecard in Playable Machines, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Removes one card or breaks the Trash for the rest of the run.
The removed card will not appear for the rest of the run.

If Isaac leaves the room with this card active, it will perform an automatic action following these criteria in this order:

1) If there is any card in the inventory. It will remove the leftmost card.

2) If there is a card in the pocket slot, it will remove it.

3) If none of the above is possible, the Trash will be destroyed.
