Item Mirror trinket

Item Mirror is a trinket in Potato Packs, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the Potato Pack 1 submod.

Description

Hearts, coins, bombs, keys, and sacks have reflections that appear on the opposite side of the room. Touching a reflection collects the reflected pickup.

Transformations

This item contributes towards the Mirror transformation. Grants +1 Soul Heart. Pressing the drop + attack buttons swaps places with a reflection familiar.
