Portal D6 is an active item in Repentance Negative, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Sucks in every pickup, trinket, and item in the room. When used again, rerolls everything that was previously sucked in and drops it on the ground.

Items will be rerolled into items from the item pool of a random room on that floor.
