Siren Horns is a passive item in Repentance Negative, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Adds a charge meter that fills up while shooting. Releasing the fire buttons when fully charged (4.5 seconds) makes Isaac scream, which confuses all enemies in the room for 5 seconds.

Each enemy instead has a 20% chance of being charmed for 333.3 seconds.

Isaac is unable to shoot while screaming.
