Sim's Axe is an unlockable active item in Repentance Negative, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Makes Isaac spin an axe that deals 3 × DamageStat + 5 damage to enemies hit.

The axe attack inherits some of Isaac's tear effects.

Each use increases the recharge time by 0.83 seconds. This is reset each floor.

Defeat Delirium as Sim.
