Sim is a character in Repentance Negative, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Sim's Axe (upon defeating Delirium)

Sim has an additional axe counter on the HUD that shows the number of Axes that can be thrown by double-tapping a fire button.

An axe may also be thrown by charging while shooting. This does not use up the stored axes displayed on the HUD.

5 axes spawn upon defeating a boss - 1 in the center of the room and 1 in each corner.

The number of axes is preserved between runs.
