Axe pickup
Axe is a pickup in Repentance Negative, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Only appears when playing as Sim. 5 axes spawn upon defeating the floor's boss.
Can be thrown at enemies to deal 3x Sim's damage.
Axes will pierce through enemies.
