Frozen Heart is an unlockable pickup in Repentance Negative, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Adds a full frozen heart which acts as a Soul Heart.

When depleted, causes Isaac to fire a ring of 8 icicle tears, similar to Uranus, each dealing Isaac's amount of damage.

Also activates the effects of Aquarius for the duration of the room.

Frozen Hearts have a 20% of replacing Soul Hearts.
