Blessing of Othala is a curse in Restored Mods, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the Rune Rooms submod.

Grants a temporary copy of a random passive item from Isaac's inventory in each room.

This blessing can only be received after activating all tiles in the Othala Rune Room.
