Curse of Berkano is a curse in Restored Mods, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the Rune Rooms submod.

Killing enemies spawns enemy flies and spiders.

This curse can only be received after destroying the Giant Crystal in the Berkano Rune Room.
