Curse of Othala is a curse in Restored Mods, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the Rune Rooms submod.

Rerolls Isaac's highest quality passive item into a lower quality passive item.

Cannot reroll into a quest item.

This curse can only be received after destroying the Giant Crystal in the Othala Rune Room.
