Rune Room is a room in Restored Mods, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the Rune Rooms submod.

Rune Room requires 2 keys to open and contains Giant Crystal and 4 plates with matching rune symbols.

It can only spawn on the second floor of a chapter, or the first floor if on the alternate path.

Rune Room has a 20% to replace Vault on current floor.
