Ghastly Flame is an unlockable active item in Revelations, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Shoots a homing purple flame that deals 2.5x Isaac's damage per tick to enemies (25x per second).

The flame lasts for 2.67 seconds.

If the flame manages to kill an enemy, the next use will spawn a ghost familiar. This is indicated by the item getting a different sprite on the HUD.

The ghost familiar will chase after enemies and continuously leave behind small stationary purple flames, once per 0.67 seconds.

The ghost deals 2.2 damage per tick (33 per second), and has a 60% chance to apply burn for 1 second, that deals 2 damage per tick.

The small flames deal 20% of Isaac's damage per tick, and last for 5 seconds.

The ghost is active for 18.33 seconds, then it disappears.

Defeat The Lamb as Dante.
