+0.2 shot speed.

Causes the damage stat to scale with shot speed: ShotSpeed × 0.6 - 0.2.

At minimum, grants +0.5 flat damage. The damage buff cannot go below 0.5.

Isaac's tears turn red and are fired from his forehead.
