Pact of Mitosis is a shrine in Revelations, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants 2 Vanity Points.

Every non-boss enemy has a 30% chance to double itself upon spawning, indicated by a white glow.

Can appear up to 2 times, further increasing the chances by +30%.

The doubling chance is also affected by Isaac DPS (damage per second). It must be greater than 40% of the enemy's max HP in order to allow said enemy to double.
