Heart Pendant is a trinket in Reverie, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Duplicates heart pickups upon spawning.

Upon entering a new room, this trinket has a 1% chance of destroying itself. Isaac also takes half a heart of damage on entry unless he only has half a heart left.

This trinket will not work if absorbed by Smelter or Gulp!.
