Mohgwyn's Spear item
Mohgwyn's Spear is an active item in Reverie, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Isaac automatically slashes the spear in the desired direction, dealing damage to any enemy it hits.
After being used 4 times in a single room, it deals damage to all enemies in the room 3 times in a row, ignoring any armor. Heals Isaac for half a heart for each enemy killed.
Afterward, Isaac is granted flight for the current room. This item cannot be used again in the current room.
