Mom's IOU item
Mom's IOU is a passive item in Reverie, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
-3 luck.
Fills Isaac's coins to the cap. However, Isaac is now in debt with 20% interest.
Isaac pays 20% of the principal for the debt at the start of every floor. If there are not enough coins, a random item will be taken away, valued at 15¢ each. If there is still not enough money, hearts will be removed, valued at 3¢ each. This can kill Isaac.
When Isaac pays off all debts, this item disappears.
