Heals 2 red hearts.
While held
-0.1 speed.
+0.48 tears.
+0.5 damage.
+1.5 range.
Future items encountered now have a chance to be replaced by Parasitic Mushroom. The more Parasitic Mushrooms Isaac has, the higher the chances.
Takes away 1 heart container when this item is removed.
Transformations
Fun Guy transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will give Isaac +1 full red heart container.
