H.Ex: Charge consumable
H.Ex: Charge is a consumable in Road to Enlightenment, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Only has an effect when playing as 
Enlightened Samson or 
Big Sam.
Allows the closest bomb to accumulate a charge when moving while controlled.
With 100 or more charge and an enemy nearby, 50 charge is spent and a lightning bolt is shot at the enemy.
The lightning bolt deals true damage multiplied by x1.33.
When the charge reaches 250, it is entirely depleted back to 0, and grants +1 active charge.
