H.Ex: Water is a consumable in Road to Enlightenment, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Only has an effect when playing as 
Enlightened Samson or 
Big Sam.
Makes all active placed bombs burst 3 tears around them at intervals, then a final 9 tears when exploding.
The tears gain tear effects from items.
The 3 tears deal true damage multiplied by x1.75.
The final 9 tears deal true damage multiplied by x2.10.
