Jaegar Bomb consumable
Jaegar Bomb is an unlockable consumable in Road to Enlightenment, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
While holding down the use key
Drains all but 1 heart.
Draining is stopped if damage is taken, travelling to a new room, or when the use key is no longer pressed down.
When draining is stopped
If health is fully drained, it refunds what was consumed as well as causing an explosion on Isaac. The damage of the explosion scales based on HP drained.
If draining could not be finished, health is not refunded and Isaac takes 1 damage.
How to unlock?
Defeat Greedier Mode as 
Enlightened Samson.
