Wrencher's Tool item
Wrencher's Tool is an active item in Road to Enlightenment, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
On useIsaac holds the wrench up.
When pressing an attack key, the wrench is thrown in the direction pressed and it will break on collision. If it collides with a slot/beggar, it will spawn a collectible related to the slot/beggar.
