Wishing Star is an unlockable trinket in Sacred Dreams, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a star that orbits around Isaac, blocks shots, and deals damage to enemies on contact.

Spawns an additional star to the orbit for every item from the Sleepy Beggar item pool that Isaac has.

Holding the drop key will fill a meter. Once fully filled, pressing the drop key again will make a wish.

Upon making a wish:
Removes the trinket from Isaac's inventory and spawns a random reward for each star familiar present.

Possible wish rewards
• A random item from the current room's item pool.
• A random item.
• 2 Grab Bags.
• 5 Сoins.
