Dystopic Crystal is a passive item in Shattered Symbols, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

On each death, Isaac gains:
• +1.5 Damage.
• +0.5 Speed.
• +1.4 Range.
• +1 Tears.
• +0.2 Shot Speed.
• +2 Luck.

There is also a 10% chance + 1% per Luck point to upgrade another random item with quality 3 or lower into a random quality 4 item.

This item contributes towards the Paper transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will give Isaac a Half Black Heart every floor, and grant 3¢, 1 bomb, and 1 key for every Broken Heart he has.
