On use Spawns a special card.

After use it turns back to the regular Deck of Cards.

This item contributes towards the Paper transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will give Isaac a Half Black Heart every floor, and grant 3¢, 1 bomb, and 1 key for every Broken Heart he has.
