Torn Hook is a passive item in Shattered Symbols, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Gives 1 Broken Heart on every Floor, which does not replace Hearts until there are no more unused slots.

At every floor grants:
• +0.3 Damage.
• +0.1 Speed.
• +0.3 Range.
• +0.4 Tears.
• +0.2 Luck.

Isaac's Luck stat determines the chance to remove Torn Hooks on each floor. The effects of the Torn Hooks are not activated on the floor they got removed on.
