Xocolate Bar item
Xocolate Bar is an active item in Sweet Halloween, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
On use +0.5 speed.
x2 tears multiplier.
+0.5 shot speed.
These stats decline back to +0 over the span of 15 seconds, continuing to go negative until after 15 more seconds they reach:
-0.5 speed.
x0.5 tears multiplier.
After that, they start to slowly increase back, taking 100 seconds to reach their normal state.
If used while still under the stat-ups, the effect will somewhat stack.
