Can only be obtainted by shooting lasers at Epic Fetus

When Isaac shoots, he fires in a circle around himself.

After every 6 tears, controllable mark appears, and a massive orbital laser strike hits the designated spot.

If there are no enemies, the strike occurs on Isaac instead.

The orbital strike does not damage Isaac.
