Does not appear in any item pools.

Items below quality 2 cannot spawn.

Items can spawn after clearing a room and after taking damage.

Every card will be special or soul stones and runes

Red Hearts will become Soul Hearts.
Soul Hearts will become Black Hearts.

All pennies, bombs, pills, keys will be upgraded as well.
