Isaac Jr. is a passive item in TBOI Otherside, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
On use
Spawns a single fetus tear
Fetus has infinite range
Fetus deals 1.25 times more damage than Isaac does
Fetus doesn't inherit Isaac's tear effects
This item can only be acquired by using Weird Mirror on C Section.
