BFFS! item
BFFS! is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Increases the size of Isaac's familiars by 25%, and improves the effectiveness of most of them.
Doubles the damage of familiars that deal damage through tears or contact damage.
Increases the frequency of pickup-generating familiars dropping pickups.
Grants unique synergies for some familiars. Check the synergies section of familiar pages for more details.
