There's Options item
There's Options is an unlockable passive item in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Makes 2 items spawn after defeating a boss instead of one. Only one can be taken; the other will disappear.
Two items will also spawn after clearing Boss Rush.
Does not affect mini-boss drops.
Does not affect the Mom fight drops.
Note
