Starter Deck item
Starter Deck is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
On pickupSpawns a random card/rune.
While heldAllows Isaac to carry 2 cards/runes at once.
Replaces all pills with cards. This works retroactively, affecting pills already spawned on the floor.
Cards can be cycled through by using the drop button.
Note
