Eris is an unlockable passive item in TBoI: Regambled, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants large freezing aura that progressively slows enemies down.
Closer enemies get slowes quicker.

After being slowed enough, enemies start losing 4% of their current hp (min. 0.1) every tick (~35% of starting health every second).

Enemies killed while in this state become ice statues.
