Potassium is a passive item in The Fredpack, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Upon entering an uncleared room, spawn a banana that Isaac can consume to gain following stat buffs for the room:

+0.25 Damage
+0.25 Tears
+0.1 Speed
+1.25 Range
+0.1 Shot speed
+1 Luck
