Seven Bowls is an active item in The Fredpack, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Cycle through 7 room-long effects on use:

Boils: Dead enemies explode into tears and creep.
Sea: Release burst 10 tears + gain the effect of Aquarius.
Blood: +3.6 Damage.
Sun: Permanently set enemies ablaze, and make them spawn a fire ring on death.
Darkness: Deals damage to enemies equal to 12% of their current HP, with 3% for bosses.
Drought: Turns non-boss enemies into Bonies with 33% of their max HP.
Sky: Holy beams & rock tears from sky, with a 40% chance to directly target enemies

This item contributes towards the Seraphim transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and +3 Soul Hearts.
