Cancer Pack consumable
Cancer Pack is an unlockable consumable in The Sheriff, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Isaac emits smoke clouds for 60 seconds.
Smoke clouds apply confusion and damage enemies for Isaac's damage every half of a second to enemies within their radius.
How to unlock?
Defeat Mega Satan as 
Tainted Sheriff.
