Blood Gamble item
Blood Gamble is an active item in Me's Very Rocky Collection, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Deals 1 full heart of damage (prioritizes red hearts), and has a 50% chance to spawn one of the following:
17.24%: 5-15 coins.
17.24%: 3-5 keys.
17.24%: 1-3 random hearts.
17.24%: 3-5 bombs.
8.62%: a random chest.
8.62%: a random card.
8.62%: a random trinket.
5.17%: a random item from the current room's item pool.
The item's damage may kill Isaac!
