Chalice of Blood is an active item in Alphabirth+, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawn a chalice that consumes enemies killed near it.

When used in it's full state, grant the following stat boosts for the room:
+2 damage.
+0.4 shot speed.

This item contributes towards the Damned transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set turns all Heart Containers into Black Hearts, grants flight, and gives Isaac an extra life that activates Forget Me Now on use.
