Judas' Fez is a passive item in Alphabirth+, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
x1.35 damage multiplier.
On pickup, turn all heart containers, but one, into 
black hearts.
Every 3 new uncleared rooms, activate The Book of Belial.
In Greed Mode, activate The Book of Belial every 5 waves instead.
