Cigarette Butt is an unlockable trinket in Anathema, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

While shooting, Isaac has a chance to throw a cigarette in front of him. This effect can be triggered once per room.

When the cigarette lands on the ground it will start spawning flames in a small area around it.

Each flame deals 20% of Isaac's damage and lasts 5 seconds
