Fires a Brimstone beam instead of tears that deals 0.65x damage for 3 ticks.

The beam is fired instantly but requires ammo. Ammo can be regained through Carrion Gear.

Current max ammo is based on the tear stat. The limit can't go below 2 (Only expectation being Polyphemus).
