Carrion Gear is an active item in Anathema, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Exclusive to Azazel.

Lets Azazel reload his ammo. Can be used again while reloading to try to hit a skill check.

Successfully hitting the skill checks rewards player with additional ammo, increased damage, and will apply Brimstone Curse to nearby enemies for 5 seconds.

Hitting a skill check more than once in a cleared room has no further effect.
