Upgrading Bag is an active item in Anathema, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Exclusive to Cain.

Can be swung into the cardinal directions to collect pickups. The direction of the swing is controlled by fire keys. Can steal pickups from shops.

Each pickup has a unique value that will be added to the bag. When the total value of pickups inside of the bag will reach 40 it will get transformed into Full Bag.
