Invitro is an unlockable passive item in Anathema, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants Isaac a luck-based chance to shoot out a special Needle tear that applies the Invitro status effect that lasts 5 seconds. 9% chance at 8 luck.

When an enemy with the Invitro status effect dies, it will spawn a random amount of Minisaacs.
• 66% - 1 Minisaac
• 24% - 2 Minisaacs
• 10% - 3 Minisaacs

This item contributes towards the Spun transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac +2 damage, +0.15 speed and spawn a random pill.
